30 Days of Insanity - Day 1

In true New Year's spirit I have resolved to burn off all the delicious holiday calories I packed on during the month of December. The best way I have found to do that is by attacking my fat through the Insanity program. So for the next 30 days at least, I will be following the program and feeling the residual muscle soreness as a result. Hopefully by posting it will help keep me on track and will give you some motivation as well.

Day 1
My wonderful sister-in-law joined me for Day 1 of the Insanity program and we did the fitness test. It is so much more motivating to have someone join you and I so enjoyed her company.
Here's how I stacked up on the first Fit Test:
Switch Kicks: 52
Power Jacks: 45
Power Knees: 93
Power Jumps: 37
Globe Jumps: 11
Suicide Jumps: 13
Push-Up Jacks: 10
Low Plank Oblique: 48
