Insanity Day 13 - Week 2 Complete!

Today was a rough day, as is the end of each week of Insanity. My muscles were sore and I was ready for a break but that break won't come until tomorrow, so I powered through. I am nearly halfway done with my goal of 30 days at this point, but I'm thinking, why stop there? Why not try to complete the entire program? We will see how the next couple weeks go. I don't want to overcommit.

The time is going fast but I wish the progress I could see in myself was quite as swift. I feel stronger and I need to take fewer breaks than I used to, but I can't tell too much of a difference in myself, except that my calves are bigger - not really what I wanted - but I guess that's to be expected.

I realized today that many of you have never seen what the Insanity workout entails, so today I created a short video to help give you an idea of what it is like. They don't call it Insanity for nothing! Enjoy:
