
At halfway through week two I can already see improved definition in my legs - which is really why I do this program - and every workout is so much easier than when I started. However, I find myself getting bored with the long videos at this point. I have see them all before and know what is coming next. I am thankful that tomorrow my sister-in-law will be joining me for Day 11, I could use the extra motivation.
I have started muting the workout and playing it on my computer while I watch something else on my iPad. I am fairly certain the distraction keeps me from getting the full benefits of the workout had I been fully engaged, but for the last two nights it was the only way I could find the motivation to do it. Of course, it doesn't help that lately I have been starting my workout past 10pm, making me tired and even less motivated to do it. Starting tomorrow I'm going to make a point of getting started before 9pm. I know it will help.
