Insanity Day 5

Exhausted after Day 5 of Insanity. The Pure Cardio workout is intense with little more than 60 seconds of downtime in nearly 40 minutes! Yes, this programs is aptly named.

Hard as it is to find the time to fit this in everyday, I think I'm starting to fall into a routine. It's getting easier to force myself to do it and a small part of me actually looks forward to it every night...though I still put it off till the end of the day. I've heard that after 21 days of doing something you make it a habit. I am well on my way.

I can already see some definition coming out in my legs and that is entirely motivating. I have always hated the looks of my legs and have done so many things to try to change them. Insanity is the only workout I have found so far to affect the kind of change I am looking for.
